Ayush ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my") built the VIT-AP Bites app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by me at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Our application provides a directory of restaurants in Vijayawada for the convenience of our users. The information displayed—including restaurant names (e.g., Kings Royal Mandi, Vault Brewery), business categories, addresses, and operating hours—is sourced from publicly available information. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that this information is always up-to-date or error-free. The inclusion of a restaurant does not imply an endorsement by VIT-AP Bites.

4. External Navigation and Third-Party Links

When you click the "Maps" button, you will be redirected to the Google Maps application or a web browser to view the restaurant's location.

No Data Transfer: VIT-AP Bites does not share your user profile, search history, or personal identifiers with Google Maps.

Third-Party Privacy: Your use of Google Maps is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Maps Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the data collection practices of Google or any other third-party websites linked within the app. These external sites are governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Children’s Privacy

I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children, nor do I target advertisements to them. I explicitly do not target this Service to anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has somehow provided me with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to take the necessary actions.

I value your trust in using this app. While the app itself does not store your personal data, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
